Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Perishable items (milk, dairy): Not eligible for return due to safety regulations.

• Non-perishable items: Can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. Return Process

• Provide order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

• Once approved, you should arrange return pickup or advise on shipping.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

• We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
